Bring a drawing, a photograph, or a ring you inherited. We quote before we start, and the quote is itemised the same way our shop prices are.
How it runs
Talk
WhatsApp, email, or come to the bench. Tell us what you want, what you want to spend, and when you need it. If what you want cannot be made for what you want to spend, we say so in this conversation rather than three weeks later.
Drawing and quote
You get a hand drawing, a CAD render, and a fixed quote broken into gold by weight at that day's rate, stones, and craftsmanship. The gold line moves with the market until you approve. Nothing else does.
Wax or resin model
For rings and anything sculptural we print a model so you can wear the shape before it exists in metal. Two revisions are included. Most people use one.
Casting and setting
Cast, cleaned up, stones set, polished, hallmarked at the Dubai Central Laboratory. We send photographs at setting stage. This is the part that cannot be rushed, and the stage where a rushed piece shows for the rest of its life.
Fitting
Collect at the bench or the boutique. We size it on your hand, not from a chart. Sizing adjustments in the first sixty days are free.
Remaking something you already own
Roughly a third of our bespoke work is old gold. Inherited bangles nobody wears, a broken chain, a ring from a marriage that ended.
We weigh it in front of you, test the karat, and credit the full metal value at that day's rate against the new piece. No deduction for the fact that you are not going to take it elsewhere.
Stones come out and go back in wherever they can. If a stone is chipped or the setting will not hold it safely, we tell you before we start, not after.
What it costs
Craftsmanship on a bespoke piece starts at AED 1,200 for something simple and rises with the setting work. Gold and stones are charged at the same rates you see on this site. There is no design fee and no separate consultation charge.
We take 50% to begin and the balance at fitting. If you walk away after seeing the CAD, you owe nothing.
What we turn down
- Copies of another house's registered design. We will make something in the same spirit, not the same thing.
- Deadlines under four weeks for anything with stones. We would rather lose the job than set in a hurry.
- Resetting a stone we have not seen. Bring it in first.
