Price and gold rate
Because the gold does. The strip at the top of every page carries the Dubai 22k rate, and the gold portion of every price is calculated from it live. Stones and craftsmanship never move. Once a piece is in your bag we hold your rate for thirty minutes.

The gold line shows its own arithmetic — gram weight multiplied by the per-gram rate for that karat — so you can check it against any other quote in the city.
Yes. We publish the 22k rate because that is the Dubai convention. Rates for 21k, 18k and 14k are calculated from it by fineness, not set by us: 18k is 75% pure, so it is priced at 75% of the pure-gold rate.
No, and that is the point. The making charge is the same for everyone, printed, and it does not move depending on how you ask.
Materials
Yes. Same carbon, same crystal structure, same hardness and grading scale as a mined stone. A gemmologist needs machine testing to separate them. It is not a simulant and we never call it one.

22k holds more gold per gram, so it is worth more and its colour is deeper. It is also softer, which makes it wrong for anything that has to grip a stone.
Buy 22k for plain chains, bangles and bands. Buy 18k for anything set with diamonds. Where a piece offers both, the karat toggle on the product page shows you the weight and price for each.
Yes, assayed and stamped by the Dubai Central Laboratory. 916 for 22k, 750 for 18k, and so on.
Delivery
Free next-day delivery anywhere in the UAE on orders placed before 18:00 GST. Same-day within Dubai is AED 45 if you order before 14:00.
GCC is 2–4 working days and free over AED 1,000. Duties in the destination country are yours to pay.

Insured to full value until it is in your hands. Every order needs a signature and Emirates ID at the door. We cannot leave gold with a concierge or a neighbour.

Orders
Tabby and Tamara split any order into four payments with no interest. Cash on delivery is available across the UAE with an AED 15 handling charge.
Yes, until it ships — WhatsApp us with the order number. After it ships, treat it as a return. Bespoke and engraved pieces cannot be cancelled once cutting has started.
Use track an order with your order number and email. We also send WhatsApp updates at dispatch and on the morning of delivery.
Every order ships in a MARAM box with the certificate and a folded card you can write on. Engraving is AED 90 and adds two working days. Engraved pieces are not returnable.
